Funny Relative Terms

Couple of days ago, my cousin msg me on FB, asking if I'm going to 大姨妈's house? First thing that came to my mind, 大姨妈 = menstruation? Lol. Then I asked him who is 大姨妈? Becos his 大姨妈 is my 大姑 so I don't know who issit and yeap, I'm really bad at all these relative terms.

Till now, I still don't know what to address my cousin's wife?

My daughter address my 2nd uncle "二叔公". And for those who didn't know, 二叔公 (ee sock gong) = pawn shop.

I find these relative terms really hilarious and if it's me, I'd prefer to be addressed as Aunty/Uncle. Simple and nice! Make things easy also, don't have to remember so hard how to address.

Luckily I only have one sister. If not, in future, I'll have little nephews and nieces addressing me as 大姨妈 too.

Gosh, what a name! >.<
